Analyze and maintain ADP and Peoplesoft applications with focus on payroll functionalities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM applications, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing payroll systems.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements

US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Five years of relevant experience to include ADP and Peoplesoft core modules and application functions.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.
