About the role

  • Analyze and maintain ADP and Peoplesoft applications with focus on payroll functionalities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM applications, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing payroll systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Five years of relevant experience to include ADP and Peoplesoft core modules and application functions.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.
