About the role
- Analyze and maintain ADP and Peoplesoft applications with focus on payroll functionalities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM applications, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing payroll systems.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Requirements
- US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Five years of relevant experience to include ADP and Peoplesoft core modules and application functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.
