About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for analytics and reporting
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs
  • Ensure compliance with GCC security and data governance standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to internal R&D efforts

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft GCC environment and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, preferably in government or regulated environments (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring, technical guidance, and cross-functional team coordination (preferred)
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) (preferred)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and SharePoint development (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
