About the role
- Research and identify potential customer accounts in our target markets
- Launch outbound sequences and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and video
- Lead first conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit
- Qualify leads and hand over strong opportunities to our Sales team
- Book high‑quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain an organized and accessible sales pipeline in our CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine our messaging
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, recruiting, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales
- Fast learner — you quickly adapt to new tools and techniques
- Motivated by goals and structured in how you manage your time
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, nooks or similar (nice to have)
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or outbound sales environments (nice to have)
- Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity (nice to have)
- Previous internship or working student experience in a commercial role (nice to have)
