About the role

  • Research and identify potential customer accounts in our target markets
  • Launch outbound sequences and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and video
  • Lead first conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit
  • Qualify leads and hand over strong opportunities to our Sales team
  • Book high‑quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain an organized and accessible sales pipeline in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine our messaging
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, recruiting, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales
  • Fast learner — you quickly adapt to new tools and techniques
  • Motivated by goals and structured in how you manage your time
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, nooks or similar (nice to have)
  • Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or outbound sales environments (nice to have)
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity (nice to have)
  • Previous internship or working student experience in a commercial role (nice to have)
