About the role
- Identify and evaluate potential partners: Research and assess potential partners that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners to foster long-term, mutually beneficial alliances.
- Negotiate and manage contracts: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring they are structured for long-term success and compliance.
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for alliances that supports and aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work cross-functionally with departments like sales, marketing, product, and legal to ensure successful execution of partnership strategies.
- Monitor performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships against key metrics, using data to optimize and enhance value.
- Drive joint initiatives: Coordinate and lead joint activities, including sales and marketing campaigns, to drive revenue and market awareness.
- Communicate and report: Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities and performance to senior management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in alliances management within a software environment; OT-security knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and senior-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Desire to learn and grow in channel management
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Business-fluent English; basic German skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
