About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Registering and updating supplier information (CNPJ tax ID, bank account details, etc.)
- Sending requests for quotation (RFQ)
- Sending purchase orders
- Making miscellaneous adjustments to purchase orders via the supplier portal
- Price comparisons
- Creating folders with evidence/documentation of bidding processes and purchase orders
- Supporting buyers in the department's daily processes
- Checking and entering travel invoices
- Daily monitoring of the supplier portal and support to buyers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Intermediate English or intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work from 08:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday
- Available to work on-site in Mauá, SP
