About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leader in Global Procurement responsible for developing and driving execution of category management strategies
  • Manages the development and delivery of value from the supply base to mitigate risk, reduce cost, and reduce working capital
  • Engage with mid-level leadership and frequently interact with senior leaders
  • Independently lead projects and engage global stakeholders to evaluate cross region opportunities
  • Leverage extensive negotiation experience with large, complex negotiations
  • Identify, forecast, and execute on cost-out opportunities and working capital improvements
  • Build collaborative, long-term key supplier relationships to drive value to the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years of strategic procurement, or relevant technical / business leadership experience, and at least 3 years related product experience
  • Professional certification from related professional body desired
  • Substantial experience with ability to demonstrate success
