About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to live customer projects, revenue growth and business development from the start
- Gain end-to-end sales exposure – from market analysis through to account management and deal execution
- Work across two European locations and support multiple markets
- Collaborate with Key Account Directors and commercial leadership
- Build core capabilities in sales, negotiation, customer strategy, and technical product understanding
- Gain experience across different aspects of the commercial organisation, including Customer & Account Management, Plant-based Sales & Operations Interface, Marketing & Customer Insights, and Technical Product & Innovation (R&D collaboration)
- Deep dive into B2B manufacturing industry with a global scale, understanding Amcor value proposition and contributing to the elaboration of customer specific value proposition
- Support account strategy and business development
- Work in a cross functional environment (plants, supply chain, procurement, innovation, …) to drive projects and opportunities
- Get technical training by collaboration with R&D teams as well as accompanying Customer Technical Service team in customer visits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, International Business, Sales Management or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or commercial roles (including internships)
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and commercial leadership
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English required
- Additional European language (e.g. French, Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and work across Europe
