About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory
  • Provide tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business
  • Work with stakeholders and leadership to implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts
  • Focus on growth of an assigned territory with a focus on growing share of wallet
  • Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory
  • Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
  • Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials
  • Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time.
