About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize and lead pricing activities for the tobacco packaging segment
Closely analyze sales figures across product lines
Review historical data from previous years and quarters
Compare current performance to identify trends, patterns, and potential discrepancies
Prepare costing data and conduct detailed financial analysis
Develop strategies to improve sales performance
Apply economic and mathematical models to forecast impact of business model changes on sales
Identify and monitor market changes and trends
Compile data and insights into reports and presentations for executive decision-making
Create graphs, charts, and other data visualizations to support analysis
Evaluate competitor performance and market positioning
Collaborate with Customer Service and Product Development teams, as well as dedicated clients
Participate in preparation of tender submissions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable commercial environment
University degree in quantitative studies or a strong analytical mindset
Strong communication skills in English
Experience in reporting and good Excel skills
Proficiency in MS Office and business IT systems
Fast learner, comfortable working with large datasets
Self-motivated and proactive
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to summarize complex data into clear and structured insights
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
