Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports), fostering a modern, coaching-oriented culture
Ensure smooth order fulfilment and OTIF performance
Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service to meet commitments
Lead strategic sourcing and monitor supplier performance
Drive forecasting, S&OP, and production planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8 years’ experience in full end-to-end supply chain roles
Proven people-management experience with a modern, coaching-oriented leadership style
Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English
Data-analysis skills (ERP/MRP systems like SAP for example, Excel)
