  • Efficient & effective order fulfillment
  • Fulfill customer demands through the most efficient use of resources
  • Contact with customers and suppliers.
  • Customer satisfaction On Time In Full and In Specification Deliveries (DIFOTIS)
  • Procurement Sourcing strategically to strike a balance between lowest material cost and transportation
  • Manage Supplier Performance
  • Identify & deliver Procurement Savings
  • Sales & Operational Planning
  • Material & Manufacturing resource planning
  • Capacity setting to match budget, forecast and demand
  • Customer forecast management
  • Match demand with minimal inventory
  • Optimize inventory management
  • Distribution & transportation
  • Warehousing supervision (internal and external)
  • Transport cost & efficiency optimization
  • CI and Lean Six Sigma activities and projects at Supply Chain area
  • Maintain knowledge & use of the latest supply chain & logistic tools and processes
  • Push & Pull environment knowledge, JIT (Just In Time) techniques to optimize manufacturing flow
  • Monthly Management Report KPI’s (ie: On Time Delivery, On Time In Full, Out of Stock, Materials Slow Moving)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in field of Management Engineering (Preferably)
  • Strong Supply Chain experience
  • Experience in leading a team and building capability
  • Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in FMCG production supply chain
  • ERP, MRP knowledge
  • Data analysis with strong Excel capabilities
