About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver strategic and sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned accounts
Responsible for development and execution of strategic and robust account plans
Lead and manage project initiatives (internal and external) toward Amcor goals
Increase business with existing accounts through networking
Create and execute strategy to maintain and grow the assigned account
Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
Communicates competitive developments in his/her account base and reports to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years’ experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry
Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
