About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Quality Manager ensures the compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Escalate issues and halt production, block shipments, and recommend an additional control plan if a quality issue is detected
Manages the release of trials and informs the Industrialization department
Responsible for the laboratory, food safety, their team, and metrology
Supports and advises on decisions and actions related to the quality approach
Promotes product quality awareness across all departments
Collaborates with other members of the group quality team
Manages internal and customer non-conformities and associated action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ year’s management experience preferred
BRC and ISO experience in packaging manufacturing is fundamental
Qualifications and/or good experience in food contact substances and regulatory legislation for plastic packaging an advantage
English skills
