Learning & Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead succession planning and talent review processes for critical positions.
- Develop and implement talent development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Design leadership development programs and learning strategies across the organization.
- Manage and strengthen LMS initiatives, increasing employee engagement and training participation.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
- Monitor learning and development metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR areas.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
- Experience leading strategic talent and learning initiatives.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Strong expertise in Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Retention.
- Advanced/Fluent English required.
- Spanish is a strong plus.
