About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production sites, managing both high-volume hiring needs and critical individual hires
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes
Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders and HR in a complex, matrix environment, balancing multiple business priorities
Drive direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping to attract talent in highly competitive labor markets
Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience while operating in line with local labor laws and internal standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Solid experience recruiting in manufacturing environments (operations and site-based roles)
Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations, navigating complexity and cultural differences
Experience working both in-house and agency to have a diversified approach of the recruitment job
Fluent English and another language (ex: French, German, Spanish, Italian,...)
Strong “get-the-ground-running” mindset: adaptable, agile, hands-on, and comfortable with low-maturity environments
High level of accountability, ownership, and collaboration — a team player mindset.
