About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and direct all activities of the QA department to achieve all site quality needs in regard to internal quality and customer complaints
- Ensure compliance to all key site bodies
- Ensure that quality is promoted both internally and externally and that standards and processes are developed, improved, and maintained in the workplace.
- Manage, direct and support QA team members
- Manage the active portfolio of current customer quality issues and complaints
- Lead Quality Review Meetings with key Customers as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Manufacturing background, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Min. 5 years’ experience managing and developing a team.
- Good computer skills required.
- Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Chemistry or Packaging Technology
