About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communication strategies to grow and retain existing business
  • Develop new business, improve profitability of existing business
  • Develop new business opportunities within the existing portfolio
  • Partner with the Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to build account plans for assigned accounts
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively internally and externally across all levels of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate in Sales, Engineering, MBA or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment with a strong sales talent and drive to sell
  • Relevant industry experience in sales (fresh food industry, preferably meat/dairy)
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • Demonstrate excellent project / process management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish, and English, French in addition is welcome
