About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communication strategies to grow and retain existing business
- Develop new business, improve profitability of existing business
- Develop new business opportunities within the existing portfolio
- Partner with the Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to build account plans for assigned accounts
- Negotiate and communicate effectively internally and externally across all levels of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate in Sales, Engineering, MBA or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment with a strong sales talent and drive to sell
- Relevant industry experience in sales (fresh food industry, preferably meat/dairy)
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
- Demonstrate excellent project / process management skills
- Fluency in Spanish, and English, French in addition is welcome
