About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively identify, target, and win new customer accounts across Germany within seafood, meat, and broader food packaging markets
  • Execute structured prospecting activities (cold outreach, warm leads, events, trade fairs) across a large and underpenetrated territory
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert pilots into framework agreements and long‑term customers
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, volumes, and contractual terms for new business
  • Work closely with the Hamburg‑based Germany Sales Director to ensure clear territory and account ownership
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver competitive, customer‑aligned solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, weekly pipeline updates, and monthly forecasts to Germany leadership and Norway HQ
  • Represent FBS/Amcor at key industry events, including fish international and relevant food industry forums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience, ideally in food packaging, industrial packaging, seafood, meat, or cold‑chain environments
  • Demonstrable hunter profile: clear evidence of winning new logos in a competitive B2B market
  • Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field (3–4 days per week with customers)
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
  • Native or C2‑level German; working English required for group reporting
