About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business
Work with stakeholders and leadership to implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts
Drive for results: Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory
Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
Manage accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the credit department
Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry
Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time
