About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of supply chain continuous improvement (CI) strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive data-informed decision making across the supply chain organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Champion best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies throughout the department.
- Mentor and coach supply chain teams in CI tools and data analytics, building organizational capability.
- Partner with IT and data teams to ensure robust data availability, integrity, and security for analytics initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to supply chain analytics and CI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and analytics.
- Proven expertise in deploying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; certification (e.g., Black Belt) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
