About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage administration of TR processes and annual cycles (e.g., merit review, incentive calculations, benefits administration, where applicable) in line with annual business priorities
  • Lead system setups, data (quality) validations, and maintenance of TR-related tools and databases
  • Prepare materials, manage data reporting and data submission (i.e., to support external benchmarks)
  • Manage job evaluations
  • Respond to TR-related queries of varying complexity raised by HR teams, business leaders and or employees; ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, preferable in multinational environment
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market data interpretation, and benchmarking methodologies
  • Advanced organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
