About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform assurance audits across production sites, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance risks
Conduct process audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls
Participate in and lead “Premium Projects” at site, Business Unit, Business Group, or Corporate level
Identify improvement opportunities and provide practical, value-added recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Early career professional (entry-level to a few years of experience), ideally with exposure to industry or a Big4 firm
Strong interest in auditing, internal controls, and business processes
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Initial experience in auditing or finance-related roles is a plus
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily across Europe
