About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts to build long‑term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Develop and propose value‑added solutions, including customised products where appropriate.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and agreements, to achieve sustainable profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (including Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline information.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, Health & Safety requirements, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities effectively.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
