About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to design, deliver, and scale learning solutions
  • Lead ongoing L&D strategy and roadmap planning that aligns to enterprise goals
  • Conduct regular needs and gap analyses to inform prioritization and learning investment decisions
  • Own learning initiatives end-to-end, including strategy, design, delivery, operational execution, and evaluation
  • Measure learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned to strategic priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing learning programs end-to-end
  • Experience working in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
