About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
Partner closely with HR and business leaders to design, deliver, and scale learning solutions
Lead ongoing L&D strategy and roadmap planning that aligns to enterprise goals
Conduct regular needs and gap analyses to inform prioritization and learning investment decisions
Own learning initiatives end-to-end, including strategy, design, delivery, operational execution, and evaluation
Measure learning effectiveness and business impact
Collaborate with business and HR leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned to strategic priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles
Demonstrated experience designing and executing learning programs end-to-end
Experience working in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
