About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan demand for raw materials and supplies according to the production plan
  • Monitor consumption, inventory levels, order forecasts and potential process bottlenecks
  • Create purchase requisitions, specifying lead times and required quantities
  • Track supplier deliveries and adjust schedules when necessary
  • Schedule material receipts and support inventory control
  • Create and follow up on production orders (raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods)
  • Collaborate with areas such as Production, Procurement, S&OP and Logistics
  • Support KPI analyses and improvements in materials planning processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in materials planning, production or industrial logistics
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Materials planning and inventory control
  • Advanced Excel
  • ERP (preferably SAP)
  • Power BI (advantageous)
  • Intermediate English (desired)
  • Intermediate Spanish (desired)
