About the role
- Responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and development of the Bouxwiller site

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, including senior leadership roles
- Strong operational background (extrusion, printing, thermoforming, or similar)
- Experience leading P&L performance in a complex industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and continuous improvement
- Experience in unionised environments and social dialogue
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
