About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define regional revenue targets and commercial growth ambition
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Private Label business across Europe
- Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with global and regional retailers
- Oversee market activation, retail engagement programs, and value proposition development
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance direction to Regional Key Account Leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in multinational B2B environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale revenue portfolios of $250M–$500M+
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience operating effectively across multiple regions, functions, and business units
- Executive-level negotiation skills and advanced stakeholder management capability
