About the role
- Drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio
- Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy
- Lead senior-level customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements
- Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy
- Protect margin through full cost recovery and disciplined pricing actions
- Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization
- Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership
- Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue)
- Experience managing multi-regional customer or business structures
- Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred
