About the role

  • Drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio
  • Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy
  • Lead senior-level customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements
  • Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy
  • Protect margin through full cost recovery and disciplined pricing actions
  • Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization
  • Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership
  • Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue)
  • Experience managing multi-regional customer or business structures
  • Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred
