Key responsibilities & impact

Drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio
Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy
Lead senior-level customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements
Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy
Protect margin through full cost recovery and disciplined pricing actions
Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization
Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership
Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue)
Experience managing multi-regional customer or business structures
Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred
