About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, refine and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share across France.
  • Explore and secure opportunities in strategic product categories, including dispensing systems, applicators, closures, bottles, jars and more.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key customers, fully understand their needs, and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions.
  • Proactively support customers, address challenges, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to maximise growth.
  • Use sales data to identify trends, uncover opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Project Development, Operations, R&D, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
  • Prepare clear, insightful sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and forward plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging industry; experience working with contract manufacturers is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the personal care and home care markets.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Native French speaker with an advanced level of English.
