About the role
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to business objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer potential to identify profitable opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and presentations
- Lead contract negotiations to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with Product Development teams on new projects
- Deliver accurate quotations and proposals that convert leads into closed deals
- Monitor performance and margin development across your territory
- Understand customer needs and future trends to build strong value propositions
- Work with the Value+ team to develop robust business cases
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, quality, and service improvements
- Partner with Quality teams to follow up on claims and ensure service excellence
- Strengthen market intelligence and competitive awareness
- Follow pricing and quotation processes in line with Delegation of Authority
- Challenge the status quo with new ideas supported by data and business cases
- Keep Salesforce (SFDC) up to date with visits, opportunities, and actions
- Provide monthly insights and performance updates to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in B2B solution sales
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient with Excel and MS Office
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in French and English
