About the role
- Participate in the development of customer service activities and the management of the client portfolio;
- Assist in interfacing with other company departments;
- Monitor customer orders, inventory, delivery deadlines, receipts, returns of finished goods, and the volume of products requested;
- Enter data into the management system;
- Assist in implementing action plans;
- Request issuance of invoices and arrange freight/shipping;
- Participate in the sale of finished goods related to production surpluses and aged inventory.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
