About the role

  • Participate in the development of customer service activities and the management of the client portfolio;
  • Assist in interfacing with other company departments;
  • Monitor customer orders, inventory, delivery deadlines, receipts, returns of finished goods, and the volume of products requested;
  • Enter data into the management system;
  • Assist in implementing action plans;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable
