About the role
- Strengthen customer service by improving logistics performance
- Manage logistics operations, both internal and external
- Management of Business escalations in a structured way giving visibility on issues and actions to the different stakeholders
- Drive the correct discussions during the different service meetings, make sure they are action oriented, efficient and with a fast resolution of the actions defined
- Monitor and analyse our transport performance (service, delivery times and transport costs) and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement/execute improvement plans
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Logistics, Science, or similar disciplines represented in SC
- 10 years overall operational experience in Supply Chain, including 5 years in Logistics related appointments
- Strong change management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent level of English
- Proven competency with information tools.
