About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients (small, medium and large enterprises);
  • Qualify leads and build a sales pipeline;
  • Monitor the sales funnel;
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with executives;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with companies;
  • Follow up on negotiations and contracts;
  • Strategically prepare sales arguments and identify sales opportunities;
  • Maintain a strong customer-service focus;
  • Participate in events, lectures, business lunches and committees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience in consultative sales and negotiations;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Proven expertise in B2B prospecting and negotiation;
  • Knowledge of the Brasília market;
  • Proactive, curious and committed to achieving goals and results;
  • Able to be dynamic when interacting and negotiating with multi-sector companies;
  • Driven by challenges;
  • Customer-centric approach to work;
  • Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team constructively and respectfully to achieve shared results;
