About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support accounts receivable routines;
Monitor and control incoming payments;
Assist with issuance and verification of boletos (bank slips), invoices and financial reports;
Support financial reconciliations and update internal controls;
Provide support in contacting internal and external clients for financial matters;
Organize documents and support the department's administrative activities;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or a related field;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
