Senior Customer Success Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Key Account portfolio composed of some of Amcham Brasil’s largest member companies, ensuring retention, engagement and value generation;
- Develop strong relationships with executives and decision-makers, expanding Amcham’s reach and presence within member organizations;
- Lead strategic meetings with C-levels and executive leadership;
- Create and execute tailored success plans for each company in the portfolio, monitoring KPIs, opportunities and risks;
- Act consultatively to retain members, implementing prevention and churn recovery actions;
- Monitor targets, performance indicators and the portfolio health score, proposing actions to maximize results;
- Partner with internal teams to design solutions and experiences that meet members’ needs;
- Represent Amcham at events, committees, forums and strategic meetings, strengthening institutional relationships and the customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing strategic portfolios and working with medium and large companies.
- Experience with CRM and relationship pipeline management (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot or similar).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model – 3 days per week onsite.
- Consultative approach, putting the customer at the center of decisions and delivering business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, able to interact confidently across different areas and organizational levels.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
- Strategic, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to identify opportunities and act before problems arise.
- Data-driven, using metrics and information to support decision-making and strategy definition.
- Organized, able to manage multiple demands, conduct follow-ups and ensure the quality of records and processes.
- Collaborative team player, contributing to team development and building strong partnerships with internal areas.
