About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactive prospecting of companies within Amcham's membership base, with a weekly cadence and disciplined pipeline management in the CRM;
  • Conducting consultative sales meetings with mid- and senior-level executives, both in-person and online;
  • Presenting the services portfolio in an integrated manner (understanding the client’s needs before proposing a product);
  • Preparing, sending and following up on commercial proposals through to closing;
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to identify and develop opportunities within the membership base;
  • Participating in departmental routines: pipeline meetings, product alignments and weekly retrospectives;
  • Continuous recording and updating of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, International Relations or related fields;
  • Experience in consultative selling and relationship management with mid- and senior-level decision makers;
  • Strong track record in sales with demonstrable results;
  • Experience using CRM systems;
  • Proficiency in Office suite, Canva or Google Workspace, especially for preparing proposals and presentations;
  • LinkedIn used actively for prospecting and relationship building;
  • Familiarity with communication and task-management tools (Teams).
  • **DIFFERENTIAL:**
  • Experience selling educational services, training programs, corporate events or innovation products;
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA or extension courses in Sales, Negotiation or Commercial Management;
  • CRM certifications;
  • Advanced English (desirable given Amcham’s international context and international products).
