Key responsibilities & impact

Structure and organize events and business missions within innovation ecosystems across Brazil;
Define project goals, budgets, and timelines;
Schedule and conduct meetings;
Support the preparation of commercial proposals;
Follow up on negotiations and contracts;
Monitor deliverables, ensuring sponsor satisfaction to support future renewals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience in event, project, or community management;
Interest in and knowledge of innovation topics and market trends;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Availability to work in a hybrid model.
DIFFERENTIAL:
Previous experience with innovation ecosystems, startups, or accelerators.
