About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (mid-sized and large companies)
- Manage targets and results
- Follow up on contract renewals
- Identify and map new business opportunities
- Conduct meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
- Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service / B2B relationship management
- Availability to work in a hybrid model — onsite 3 times per week
- **PREFERRED/ASSET:**
- Experience managing relationships with large enterprises
