About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (mid-sized and large companies)
Manage targets and results
Follow up on contract renewals
Identify and map new business opportunities
Conduct meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
Participate in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service / B2B relationship management
Availability to work in a hybrid model — onsite 3 times per week

Experience managing relationships with large enterprises
