About the role
- Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients (small, medium, and large enterprises)
- Manage targets and performance/results
- Conduct renewal follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities
- Lead and facilitate meetings
- Interact with internal teams (events and content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
- Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Availability to work in a hybrid model – on-site 3x per week
- Proactive, curious, and engaged to meet targets and deliver results
- Flexible and dynamic when interacting and negotiating with companies across multiple sectors
- Motivated by challenges

- Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills
