About the role

  • Work on projects that connect and engage with startups
  • Participate in training initiatives, promote an innovation culture, and support intrapreneurship programs
  • Design, evaluate, and monitor the innovation project pipeline using management methods, tools, and indicators
  • Define project priorities considering impact on portfolio growth, costs, and financial and logistical feasibility aligned with strategic planning
  • Implement a monitoring process for initiatives aligned with the brand's business strategy to ensure continuity of company activities
  • Establish project goals and deadlines, monitor innovation processes, and report to the management of each business area
  • Support the organization of in-person and online events
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings
  • Support the structuring and preparation of commercial proposals
  • Follow up on negotiations and contracts
  • Follow up on deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model — 3 days per week on-site
  • Experience in innovation, startups, or innovation hubs (advantage)
  • Knowledge of the Notion platform (advantage)
  • English — intermediate to advanced (advantage)
