About the role

  • Management and relationship oversight of a B2B client portfolio (small, medium, and large companies)
  • Management of targets and results
  • Conduct renewal follow-ups
  • Identify and map new business opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model — in-office 3 days per week
  • Experience interacting with corporate clients
