About the role

  • Responsible for household duties such as cleaning, laundry care and maintaining order in the shared residential home
  • Organizing and helping shape communal life – from small celebrations to seasonal decorations

Requirements

  • Strong social skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Extensive experience in housekeeping
  • Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for planning joint activities and events
  • High awareness of hygiene
  • Good German language skills
  • Experience in housekeeping within a care facility or in caring for people in need of care is desirable but not required
