About the role
- Provide out-of-hospital intensive care tailored to individual needs
- Perform basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilator settings and vital signs
- Patient observation & emergency management
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Communicate respectfully with patients, relatives & colleagues
Requirements
- Completed three-year nursing qualification, e.g., Health and (acute) care nurse (m/f/d), Nursing specialist / Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Geriatric nurse (m/f/d), Nurse (m/f/d)
- Empathy, sense of responsibility & reliability
- Enjoy working independently while being a team player
- Experience in intensive care is desirable but not required (the basic out-of-hospital ventilation course can be completed with us at any time)
