About the role
- Provide out-of-hospital intensive care tailored to individual needs
- Basic nursing care and treatment nursing for tracheostomized and/or mechanically ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilation and vital signs
- Patient observation and emergency management
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Respectful communication with patients, relatives & colleagues
Requirements
- Completed three-year nursing qualification, e.g., Registered Nurse / General Nurse / Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility & reliability
- Enjoy working independently as part of a team
- Experience in intensive care is desirable but not required — the basic out-of-hospital ventilation course can be completed with us at any time
