About the role

Provide individualized, professional care to patients as part of out-of-hospital intensive care
Perform basic and treatment-related nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
Monitor ventilator settings and vital parameters
Conduct safe patient observation, including emergency management
Support patients in their daily lives and foster a trusting atmosphere within the team and with relatives

Completed three-year nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Care / Geriatric Nursing)
Responsible, empathetic and reliable
Experience in intensive care is welcome but not required
Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation can be completed during onboarding
