About the role
- You provide basic and treatment nursing care for our patients with tracheostomies and/or on mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor ventilator parameters and vital signs.
- Ensure ongoing patient observation, including emergency management.
- Support patients in daily life through respectful, appreciative communication.
Requirements
- Committed qualified nurse (m/f/d) with a three-year nursing qualification
- Experience in intensive care is welcome but not required
- Responsible working approach, empathy and reliability
- You can complete the basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation as part of your onboarding with us.
