About the role

  • Responsible for housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry care and maintaining order in the shared living home
  • Organizing and contributing to communal life — from small celebrations to seasonal decorations
  • Preparing light meals and assisting with residents' mealtime arrangements
  • Running small errands and handling organizational tasks related to the household

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Several years' experience in housekeeping
  • Excellent organizational skills and enthusiasm for planning joint activities and events
  • Strong awareness of hygiene standards
  • Good command of German
  • Experience in the housekeeping area of a care facility or in caring for people with care needs is desirable but not mandatory
