About the role

  • Care, monitoring, treatment and medical support of critically ill patients
  • Basic nursing care and treatment-related tasks such as oxygen therapy, medication administration and injections
  • Suctioning, PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) care, inhalation therapy
  • Supporting and assisting clients with daily living activities
  • Specialized patient monitoring of tracheotomized and/or mechanically ventilated clients
  • Monitoring ventilator and vital parameters, including emergency management
  • Communication with patients, relatives and colleagues to promote collaboration

Requirements

  • You have completed a three-year vocational training in one of the following professions: Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger), Nurse (Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester)

  • Structured, independent and careful way of working
  • A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care is an advantage but not a requirement — we offer the opportunity to complete the course with us at any time.
