About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the data-source strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Define the strategy and prioritization framework for which data sources and partners to integrate.
- Lead the cross-functional team and operating model.
- Establish the cross-functional squad model that executes integrations end to end.
- Own executive-level partner relationships.
- Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding new data sources.
- Own the requirements for data formats, interoperability standards, metadata, and provenance.
- Ensure integrated data is discoverable and well-documented.
- Define, set targets for, and report on the metrics for data coverage, completeness, freshness, quality, and adoption.
- Partner with privacy, security, and regulatory leaders to ensure compliance and help shape data-governance policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in product management with experience owning data, platform, or integration products
- A track record of setting strategy and operating model for a function or portfolio
- Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and real-world data (RWD/RWE)
- A strong technical foundation: comfort with data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality concepts
- Experience working with and influencing external partners at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution across an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
