About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the data-source strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Define the strategy and prioritization framework for which data sources and partners to integrate.
  • Lead the cross-functional team and operating model.
  • Establish the cross-functional squad model that executes integrations end to end.
  • Own executive-level partner relationships.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding new data sources.
  • Own the requirements for data formats, interoperability standards, metadata, and provenance.
  • Ensure integrated data is discoverable and well-documented.
  • Define, set targets for, and report on the metrics for data coverage, completeness, freshness, quality, and adoption.
  • Partner with privacy, security, and regulatory leaders to ensure compliance and help shape data-governance policy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in product management with experience owning data, platform, or integration products
  • A track record of setting strategy and operating model for a function or portfolio
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and real-world data (RWD/RWE)
  • A strong technical foundation: comfort with data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality concepts
  • Experience working with and influencing external partners at the executive level
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution across an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
