About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the data-source strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
Define the strategy and prioritization framework for which data sources and partners to integrate.
Lead the cross-functional team and operating model.
Establish the cross-functional squad model that executes integrations end to end.
Own executive-level partner relationships.
Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding new data sources.
Own the requirements for data formats, interoperability standards, metadata, and provenance.
Ensure integrated data is discoverable and well-documented.
Define, set targets for, and report on the metrics for data coverage, completeness, freshness, quality, and adoption.
Partner with privacy, security, and regulatory leaders to ensure compliance and help shape data-governance policy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in product management with experience owning data, platform, or integration products
A track record of setting strategy and operating model for a function or portfolio
Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, OMOP, ICD/SNOMED/LOINC) and real-world data (RWD/RWE)
A strong technical foundation: comfort with data models, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality concepts
Experience working with and influencing external partners at the executive level
Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution across an organization
Excellent written and verbal communication
