About the role
- Operations & CEO support
- Workflow automation using appropriate tools (e.g., n8n)
- Research, drafts, and analyses for strategic development
- Coordinate our iterative workflow with Jira or similar tools
- Assist the CEO and support strategic projects
- AI-powered market research
- Customer calls for retention and exploration of new business areas
- CRM maintenance and automation for lead nurturing
- Organize approximately 4–6 industry events per year
- Event CRM and follow-up automation
- Stakeholder networking
- Prepare customer proposals
- Co-develop and coordinate R&D funding applications
- Create and coordinate pitch decks for clients
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience (operations, consulting, startup/scale-up)
- Excellent writing skills (DE/EN) – precise, persuasive, and error-free
- Hands-on and structured – you take initiative and proactively automate processes
- AI tools: daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
- Automation: ideally n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Standard tools: Jira, spreadsheets (including formulas), Notion/Asana, Google Workspace
- Bonus: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), Apps Script, basic Python
- Digital native – AI tools are second nature to you
- Strong organizational skills – you keep track of complex projects
- Excellent communication – confident in client interactions
- Self-initiated – you identify needs and take action
